Kids Jungle Soft Play Area 

Very disappointing experience!!!!!
Went for the hourly play time
They didn’t allow my 3years old kid
Saying he cannot go inside alone
I said but one of the staff should be accompanying him
Just like any other place of soft play (souk extra)
But kids jungle refused saying staff will go inside only if there are 10+ kids inside!!!!!
I couldn’t go with him myself as i have injured my leg and still healing !!
I always go to soft play areas and they accompany my kid even if he is the only kid inside ( not 10 ????)

Also i could count 4 ladies in the place at that time !!!! So they are not even short of staff . They are just lazy and irresponsible

Definitely wont trust my kid with them or this place who are thinking with that mentality!!!

My kid even removed his shoes on his own and was crying bitterly at the gate because they don’t allow him he cried his heart out . It took me a while to calm him down because of some lazy ladies standing behind the counter doing nothing!!! I thought it was a place for kids!!but apparently they won’t take care of kids unless they get paid by 10 kids at least just to do their main job

This is one of the oldest inside playing areas for kids I would say up to seven years old. For a long time it was the only inside playing areas in Dubai silicon oasis. It’s a decent one, not as big and with multiple options like other play areas around Dubai, but I think it serves the purpose for the community. They even have options for birthday parties, and since it is inside a small shopping center, parents will not have problems waiting around.

Overall, Kids Jungle is a good & useful indoor play option while you are running your errands around the area.

My kiddo and his friends had so much fun here. Lovely indoor Playground that had separate toddler & children play spaces and staff are well trained & very helpful. Check out their 2 hours promo for only 55 dhs. Kudos to all friendly staff Karyn, Belle, Geleen, Rachelle, Jessiel& Arnie keep up the great work 👍👍👍

One of the best service providers and balloon decorating masters, never let me down I used their services since my eldest was born and now it’s been around 8 years they helped me out in planning and decorating my events, from birthday parties and concepts to my daughter’s welcome reception and many other occasions.
Well organized and they pay attention for the smallest details and their play area very clean and child friendly. Also their staff are amazingly trustworthy and cheerful.

We booked this place for my Daughter's 6th Birthday party. My kids and her classmates had an amazing time and will be rejoicing this party for days. The staff are extremely polite and professional. All the activities are very well planned and well executed. To make it even better, add 1hr of soft play for kids to the 2hrs package offered by Kids Jungle.
If you want kids to have fun, then this is the party.

The place is nice, and it's a bit small.
I think the best age for it is 2 -6  years old maximum
We were told up to 12 years but I think that the play area is too short for them.
I wouldn't recommend if anyone is coughing or having a cold to go, as the place is small and you can say the area is compacted.
Balls area is closed due to covid-19
Also I say outside the play area they sell some toys, and there are some tables for arts and crafts activity.
I'm giving 4 stars because I think it can be better and cleaning needs to be improved just a little more, and perhaps if they can find a way for better ventilation it would be more comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience there with my kids.. this play area is perfect for your lil ones who love active play.. and have enough energy to run all day...🥰

My kids love this place and we are a regular visitor to this play area for many reasons:

- Its an indoor play area suitable for children from the age of 2year plus, (Slides, Small trampoline, Ball pool, Climbing frame, Soft play toys and much more) .
- Colorful and attractive Jungle theme interiors! The structure and play equipment are wrapped in soft foam to absorb the impact when children fall or bounce around.

- Arts & Craft activities, Zumba Classes and many more activities throughout the month which they keep posting on their social sites

- They also cater to Birthday Parties with different packages to offer

Overall, its a fun place to kids where they can have some fun, learn and interact! The staff is very supportive and are available in the play area as well as outside to Supervise!
